Welcome to The LifeLine Project On Line @ YouthInitiatives.com

Lifeline West

Lifeline is open to any young person, aged 15 – 18yrs.

Most of those involved come from one of 5 areas : Poleglass, Twinbrook, Lagmore, Upper Dunmurry, Lower Falls, and South Belfast.

Anyone wanting to join us can just turn up at YI Project Centre, beside Cloona House in Poleglass each Wednesday from 8-10pm.

Like all YI projects, each evening is led by a team of young people (aged 16+) supported by a YI youthworker. The team designated for this project jointly plan, direct and evaluate every event they run.

The Lifeline project aims to help young people find a place to belong and learn their value and talents within a positive relational environment. The Christian ethos of YI is the back-drop to inspiring hope, building character and initiative in each participant. Lifeline is a safe place for developing new skills for relating to others, preparing for employment and realizing talents in public speaking and the creative arts.
